L-Fit Pathways is led day-to-day by our two co-directors, who are also our joint Designated Safeguarding Leads. Every session, referral and record runs under their direct oversight.

As L-Fit Pathways grows, mentors and tutors delivering our provisions will be added to this page. Every member of the team who works directly with young people holds an Enhanced DBS check and is trained in line with our Safeguarding & Child Protection Policy.
